Revenue Management Information System was developed with the aim of simplyifying the process of submitting reports about monthly improvements in various revenue subjects to The Regional Commissioner. Reports about subjects like Agriculture, Audit, Land encroachment, Rainfall etc., are submitted on monthly basis.

Record Room Computerization

      

  This software capture various metadata of each of the file/register in the Record Room. They include Section, Sub-Section, File Number, Disposal Type, Disposal Date, Date of Destruction, Brief subject of the file, No. of pages in the notesheet side and correspondence side, demographic details of the file like District, Taluk, Hobli, Village and Survey No. if exist, Record Room Slno, Row No, Column Number, Box No, Bundle Number.
