They include Section, Sub-Section, File Number, Disposal Type, Disposal Date, Date of Destruction, Brief subject of the file, No. of pages in the notesheet side and correspondence side, demographic details of the file like District, Taluk, Hobli, Village and Survey No. if exist, Record Room Slno, Row No, Column Number, Box No, Bundle Number.
