An hourly report system is designed for all Sector Officers of the District. This can be accessed through their respective mobile phones. Each sector officer will have a username and password through which the logs in to the system. After logging in a sector officer will be able to submit the reports about the Polling Day activities of the polling stations to which he is assigned to.
This captures the following details.
- Safe Reach Report: Safe Reach for each polling station can be submitted by the Sector Officers.
- Mock Poll and Agent Report: Details about the Mock Poll, Agent Presence and # Agents present during the mock poll can be submitted.
- Ok Report: An Ok Report about the Polling Station Can be submitted. This also records the start of polling day activity in that polling station.
- Cumulative Hourly Report: Sector Officer can submit a Bi-Hourly report with the Male & Female Bifurcation. Reports can be submitted at 09:00AM, 11:00AM, 01:00PM, 03:00PM, 05:00PM & 06:00PM
- Queue Status Report: Queue Status at the Polling Stations can be submitted by the SO.
- Demustering Report: Demustering of the PRO & APRO can be submitted
